The 20 for 30 consultation

The 20 for 30 is a 30-minute video call to understand your skin, your routine and your goals, and build a plan together. The £20 fee can be put towards any single full treatment booked within 30 days of your call. It does not apply to course packages.

Deposits

A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, and is deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance is paid by cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours

50% of the treatment cost will be due, and must be paid before your next appointment can be booked.

Cancellations within 24 hours & no-shows

Cancelling within 24 hours, or not attending without notice, means the full treatment cost is due. Future bookings can't be accepted until any outstanding balance has been paid.

Late arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean your treatment is refused and the full cost charged.

Under-18s

The Teen Facial (13–17) requires a parent or guardian's signed consent before the first appointment. Parents are welcome to stay for the session. No other treatments are offered to under-18s.

Health & suitability

You'll complete a consultation form before treatment. Please answer fully — some medications and skin conditions mean a treatment needs adjusting or postponing. This is about keeping your skin safe, and anything you share is held in confidence.
